This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a contract between you and Yara IQ ("Yara IQ," "we," "us," or "our") and governs your use of the website www.YaraIQ.com and the services provided therein, including the Stock Analyzer, Portfolio Manager, Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) Calculator, and Legendary Investor Tracker (collectively, the "Services" or "Tools").
By accessing or using any part of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.
1.1 Not Financial Advice: You expressly acknowledge and agree that Yara IQ is NOT a financial advisor, broker, dealer, or investment professional. The Services and all information provided—including data outputs, analysis, reports, and comparisons—are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.
1.2 Independent Verification: You must rely solely on your own judgment and research when making investment decisions. All data, calculations, and performance projections generated by the Tools are estimates and rely on various inputs and publicly available data sources, which may contain errors, omissions, or delays.
1.3 Risk Acknowledgment: Investing in securities carries inherent risks. You agree that any reliance upon the Services shall be at your sole risk.
Yara IQ provides the following tools subject to the specific limitations described:

| Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) Calculator | Allows users to input customized growth rates, margins, and cost of capital assumptions to estimate a stock's intrinsic value. Limitation: The output (intrinsic value) is highly sensitive to the user's input assumptions and is purely theoretical. It is not a price target. |
| Legendary Investor Tracker | Provides hypothetical portfolios based on publicly disclosed holdings or philosophies of famous investors. Limitation: These are educational simulations. Past performance is not indicative of future results, and these portfolios are often simplified models of complex strategies. |
3.1 Ownership: All intellectual property rights, including software, code, logos, designs, and content used in connection with the Services, are the exclusive property of Yara Analytics Inc.
3.2 License to Use: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Services strictly for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

4.1 Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Yara IQ immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4.2 Data Security: We implement commercially reasonable measures to protect your personal data and investment holdings information. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Yara IQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of the Services or any information obtained therefrom.
Your exclusive remedy for any breach of this Agreement shall be limited to discontinuing your use of the Services.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Yara IQ, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:
7.1 Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia and the laws of Canada.
7.2 Termination: We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

We only collect personal identification information necessary (Name, Email, Username, Hashed Password) when you register for an account. We collect your portfolio holdings, transaction data, and custom assumptions only when you input them into the Portfolio Manager. This information is used solely to provide and improve the Services to you. When you choose to link a Patreon account for premium access, we receive your Patreon ID and current pledge amount to verify your subscription status. We do not store or access your credit card number, payment method, or banking information; this is handled entirely by Patreon.
Your data is used to authenticate your account, personalize your portfolio analysis (e.g., calculation of returns or when you request AI review), and send essential service communications (e.g., email verification, password reset). We utilize modern security standards to protect your data.
We use industry-standard encryption for data transmission and store user passwords using bcrypt hashing. Your portfolio data is stored securely in separate, non-public databases. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
To provide AI-driven analytical features (via the Gemini API), sections of your anonymized portfolio data (tickers, sectors, and returns) may be shared with the LLM. We DO NOT share personally identifiable information (Name, Email, Account ID) with these third parties . Other external services (e.g., Alpha Vantage for external pricing data) are used to retrieve information based on your requests but do not receive your personal data.
We DO NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal identification information or financial data to third parties. Data is only shared when legally required or as necessary to provide core services under the conditions listed in Section 4.
You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal data and account at any time by contacting us at admin@yaraiq.com. We retain your data only for as long as your account is active or as needed to comply with legal obligations.
